Having enjoyed an excellent reputation from the beginning of the nineteenth century, Château Malartic-Lagravière is one of only six properties to be classified in both red and white wines in the 1953 Graves classification.
Since its creation in the 18th century, only four families have owned Malartic. The taste for adventure still flows in the veins of the men and women who steer its destiny.

The signature of Château Malartic-Lagravière can be seen in these magnificent second wines, elegant and inviting to savour.
More than a second wine, Comte de Malartic reveals an identity of its own, in the style of the Grand Cru Classé. With a predominantly Merlot blend, this is a very generous, flavourful wine. Its superb fruitiness on the palate and its velvety, refined tannins make Comte de Malartic an excellent dining companion.

"The 2019 La Réserve de Malartic is a blend of 82.6% Merlot, 12.3% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5.1% Petit Verdot, harvested from the 17th of September to the 11th of October. The wine is aging in French oak barrels, 25% new, for approximately 15 months. Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, it opens with invigorating notes of black raspberries, kirsch and wild blueberries with hints of hoisin sauce, potpourri and garrigue.
