These successive generations of the family have passed on, in its entirety, a unique heritage and philosophy.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThe heritage: a vineyard of 18 hectares, expanded by each generation, comprising the best plots in Santenay, Chassagne-Montrachet and Maranges, where all the finesse of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are expressed. And, above all, vines planted for the most part between 1935 and 1955 and nurtured with care, year after year.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e100% Chardonnay. Pressing by pneumatic press is light and controlled. Alcoholic fermentation is done at low temperature on fine lees, in barrel. We pay great attention to the quality of the lees. These will give the roundness and complexity of aromas we are looking for. At barrelling, we ensure that there are sufficient lees present.
