As a result, the estate grapes ripen to perfection, producing small, highly concentrated clusters and berries.
Henry’s Keep Proprietary Red is a blend of all four Bordeaux varieties from the estate, yet anchored by Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine offers a heady potpourri of crushed flowers, boysenberry, blackberry, and red currants. The palate is focused and firm with shimmering fruit and well-knit tannins, flecked with mocha, caramel, and toffee notes.
