The partnership’s first vintage was \u003c\/span\u003e2015\u003cspan\u003e, with importer Eric Solomon joining the collaboration to create Granito del Cadalso.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eMade from \u003c\/span\u003e100% Garnacha\u003cspan\u003e, this wine comes from sustainably farmed vineyards rooted in sandy, granitic soils at \u003c\/span\u003e500–1,000 meters elevation\u003cspan\u003e. Vines range from approximately \u003c\/span\u003e20 to more than 70 years old\u003cspan\u003e. Grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with native yeasts in concrete tanks, with a \u003c\/span\u003e15–20 day maceration\u003cspan\u003e and twice-daily pump-overs.
