Chavy-Chouet: two families, two villages on the coast with, as a link, the love of the land for 7 generations. After 6 years at the wine school and with various experiences in viticulture and winemaking around the world, Romaric offers a new face to the estate. Alone at the helm since 2006, he watches over the 15 hectares of vines with high standards. Proud of his roots, he oscillates between rigour, tradition and innovation.
Les Narvaux is an airy, lively and balanced wine with aromas of white fruits, a nose of toasted almonds and a long finish. Mineral and energetic, it will require a few years in the cellar to fully open up.
