This delightful Mâcon has all the hallmarks of good white Burgundy. The Chardonnay flavors are ripe and inviting; melon combined with more tropical fruits. The texture has a creaminess to it, and there is a delicate biscuity note from a good period of lees aging. There is complexity and precision here making this a great all-rounder.
