Domaine Montrose was established in 1701, in the South of France. Rosé is their emblematic wine. Winemakers looking for elegance and conviviality, a predestined name, continuous efforts to improve quality…there are many reasons for its success.
Grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness. They are destemmed before a short skin contact or a direct pressing. Fermentation temperature is maintained between 15°C to 18°C (59° F to 64°F) to retain fruits aromas. Wines resulting for the different terroirs are blended after fermentation and then aged in stainless steel vats. Wine is bottled during winter and spring.
Tasting notes: light pink color. The bouquet reveals red berries and citrus flavors. Elegant wine combining roundness and freshness. To be drunk young. Serving: enjoy it chilled on its own or with grilled fish, sushis, grilled meat, salads.
Our signature rosé to drink everyday. Delicious and super affordable.
