Once the winery in Mendoza was established Hervé then decided to buy vineyards and a winery in Rio Negro, Patagonia. Hervé crafts the wines, meticulous in his approach to ensure every step of the process is carried out to his instruction. Diane takes control when the wine is ready to be shipped out to customers. The bouquet, attractive and charming, provides an explosion of red cherry and plum fruits. The French oak adds delicious hints of vanilla, coffee, and interesting complexity. On the palate, the wine is rich and well structured with soft tannins. A long and elegant finish.
