Mores is a blend of 50% Barbera D'Alba and 50% Nebbiolo. Color is ruby red, bouquet is intense, full and fresh fruity sensation. On the palate it feels fresh and savory. The grapes are harvested in late October and blended in equal proportions. Then they are fermented and aged in French oak barrels for ten days. After the alcoholic fermentation the wine is racked into barriques where it develops the malo-lactic fermentation and it ages for about a year. After six months in barrels of medium size it is ready to be bottled. Food pairing: Pasta dishes, meats and cheeses.
