Balance, respect, and a deep understanding of vines and vineyards: Garesio "raw" material is naturally excellent. The Nebbiolo vineyards are certified organic, an act of love and devotion towards one of the world’s rarest and most prized terroirs; the other vineyards are managed according to sustainable viticulture.
On the palate it is full and enveloping with soft tannins typical of the Cerretta cru. Leaves the mouth clean with a persistent, rich aftertaste. Perfect with elaborated dishes such as roasts, braises, beef stews and with aged hard cheeses. Excellent also with truffle based dishes.
