Founded in 1852, our Winery is the oldest 7th-generation family-run business in the hilly DOCG area between the towns of Romagnano Sesia and Ghemme, Lower Valsesia, Northeastern Piedmont Region, Italy. This is a well-known wine-producing territory with family traditions and values handed down from the past to the present.
IOPPA applies sustainable agricultural practices safeguarding both the natural environment and the health of the consumers. The commitment naturally begins in the vineyards, where in compliance with P.S.R. 10.1 (Application of integrated production technologies) only environment-friendly products such as organic fertilizers and certified organic treatments for fungal disease are used.
