In May 1938, Eusèbe Biotteau founded the wine estate at Château d'Avrillé. After 50 years of obstinate work, he became a figure in Angers viticulture, notably by having the idea of a tasting cellar, the first initiative of its kind in Anjou. Mr. Biotteau was able to transmit his know-how and his love of wine and vines to his sons and grandsons and today it is the 4th generation that perpetuates the history at Château d'Avrillé. Over the years, the Biotteau family has grown the business by combining modernity and tradition.
The Val de Loire Sauvignon Blanc is a dry white wine of great aromatic quality of broom, boxwood. Persistence and length in the mouth. Supple, rich, with a delicate grain of freshness.
