Shipping & Returns
You must be at least 21 years of age to order wine.
Due to laws restricting alcohol shipments, we are only able to ship to the following states: NM, AK, CA, CT, DC, FL, ID, LA, NE, NV, NH, ND, OR, VA, WY.
Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days after they are placed. Once the order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Delivery dates and cost will depend on your location and shipping method selected at check out. Due to limited space, we are unable to hold orders. We recommend selecting an expedited shipping method if weather conditions are extreme to prevent heat or frost damage.
A person of 21 years of age must be present to accept delivery. If no one is available to receive the package when delivery is attempted, FedEx will attempt to re-deliver. After 3 attempts, you may be subject to a charge for a missed delivery.
We are only able to provide local delivery to the zip codes below. All orders beyond this area are sent via FedEx.

Delivery is free on all orders of $300 or more. For orders under $300 a $15 delivery fee will be applied.
Deliveries can be expected same-day when the order is placed before 2:00 pm. You can expect your package to arrive between 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
A person of 21 years of age must be present to accept delivery. If no one is available to receive the package when delivery is attempted, we will attempt to re-deliver next day.

All sales are final and may not be returned or exchanged as we are not able to control how the wine has been handled and stored after it leaves our store.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or cancelled. If you want to cancel or make changes to your order, please call us within business hours at +1 786 633 6431 so we can make sure to address your changes on time – Do not email us.
Title on all wines sold by Vinonueva Fines & Rare Wines passes to the buyer at the time of purchase once it leaves our premises. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment or delivery of wines and is responsible for any loss or damage.
If you require that your wines be shipped, you authorize Vinonueva Fine & Rare Wines to use FedEx to deliver them on your behalf. If you opt for local delivery, you authorize Vinonueva Fine & Rare Wines to use a local courrier to deliver them on your behalf.
You must be at least 21 years of age to order or receive wine from Vinonueva Fine & Rare Wines. Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an “Adult Signature Required” sticker, and the carrier that delivers it is required to check for identification at time of delivery. Therefore someone 21 years of age or older will have to be present at the time of delivery.
