This role goes beyond traditional retail. It combines customer service, wine sales and day-to-day business operations. From helping someone choose the perfect bottle to contributing ideas to improve the shop.
Team members are encouraged to actively participate in tastings, explore new producers and regions, and deepen their wine knowledge through hands-on experience. Whether assisting customers, working alongside importers and distributors, or helping prepare for educational events and tastings, this role offers exposure to many aspects of the wine industry beyond the sales floor.

OPEN POSITION: Wine Operator Associate
At Vinonueva, operations are a key part of creating the experience our customers see every day. We’re looking for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented to help manage the flow of inventory, product organization, and order fulfillment behind the scenes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include receiving and organizing inventory, maintaining product listings and website accuracy, supporting fulfillment and local deliveries, and helping improve operational workflows across the business.
Beyond logistics, this position also plays an important role in supporting the customer experience by ensuring products are accurately represented, orders are handled with care, and the shop remains organized and efficient.
