OPEN POSITION: Wine Associate

At Vinonueva, we believe wine is about discovery, conversation, and connection. We’re looking for curious, thoughtful people who enjoy working with customers, learning continuously, and being part of a collaborative small business environment.

This role goes beyond traditional retail. It combines customer service, wine sales and day-to-day business operations. From helping someone choose the perfect bottle to contributing ideas to improve the shop.

Team members are encouraged to actively participate in tastings, explore new producers and regions, and deepen their wine knowledge through hands-on experience. Whether assisting customers, working alongside importers and distributors, or helping prepare for educational events and tastings, this role offers exposure to many aspects of the wine industry beyond the sales floor.
