About Shipping & Deliveries

We don’t ship to PO Box and restricted states. Please review our Shipping & Returns page.

Shipping: Depends on your location and shipping method selected at check out. After placing an order, you will receive an email with tracking information where you can get an updated status.

Local Delivery: If you order before 2 pm you can expect your package to arrive same-day between 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. If your order doesn't apply for same-day delivery, you can expect your package next-day between 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm.

Same day delivery is only available for our local delivery area (City of Miami, Miami Shores, Miami Beach and Key Biscayne) for orders placed before 2 pm.

Shipping: Depends on your location and your preferred shipping method.

Local Delivery: We offer free delivery to our local delivery area (City of Miami, Miami Shores, Miami Beach and Key Biscayne) for orders of $400 or more. For all orders under $400 a $20 delivery fee will be applied.

To make shipping changes on orders that have already shipped please contact FedEx directly. To make changes on orders that have not yet shipped, please call us at +1 786 633 6431. Do not email us.

For shipped orders: A person of 21 years of age must be present to accept delivery. If no one is available to receive the package when delivery is attempted, FedEx will attempt to re-deliver. After 3 attempts, you may be subject to a charge for a missed delivery. 

For local delivery orders: A person of 21 years of age must be present to accept delivery. If no one is available to receive the package when delivery is attempted, we will attempt to re-deliver next day.

We can’t hold your order due to limited space. We recommend selecting an expedited shipping method if weather conditions are extreme to prevent heat or frost damage.

Every month we’ll send you an everyday curated selection of wines across reds, whites, rosés, or bubbles. The box includes 12 bottles of wines in a 750ml format.

There's free shipping if in Florida and free local delivery if in our local delivery area. Applicable at checkout.

You will be charged on the day that you first sign up. Your upcoming orders will be charged on the 15th of each month.

The monthly wine box is a month-to-month subscription program (without term commitment). It can be cancelled at any time. We ask that you cancel the subscription for the present month before the 15th of the month. If the subscription is cancelled after this time period, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.
