She instantly felt at home among this vibrant community of natural winemakers and now vinifies two hectares of vines. Her wines are lively, balanced and gourmand, sure to put a pep in your step.

100% Syrah from 10 year-old vines planted on clay and iron soils with rolled pebbles. 12 day maceration, alternating layers of destemmed grapes and whole bunches in the tank. 11 months of aging in fiberglass and demi-muids.
