Paolo Foppiani is a part-time, natural wine producer from the Emilia Romagna region in Italy, who makes wines with Denavolo winery and the head winemaker of Denavolo and La Stoppa, Guilio Armani. The wines are rustic like the old fashioned labels, and make use of the grapes Malvasia Di Candia Aromatica, Bornada and Barbera.
Vino di Fognano 2019 is an orange wine produced by Denavolo Winery in collaboration with Paolo Foppiani, from Ortugo and Malvaasia di Candia Aromatica grapes, 15 days of maceration on skin and aging for 10 months in steel tank.
