"The white 2022 El Tamboril is a wine that transcends varieties and vintages and always comes through as amazingly elegant and precise, symmetric and clean. It was produced in a wine globe glass sphere, because there are only some 200 liters of this. It has a nuanced, floral nose, with notes of herbs and pollen, impossible to place anywhere but on a stony/granite soil. It has grip, extreme salinity and an effervescent sensation of granite. 213 bottles were filled in May 2024.
