Domaine Prieuré Roch - Nuits St. Georges 1er Cru 'Vieilles Vignes' 2023

Created in 1988 by Henry Frédéric Roch, the Domaine Prieuré Roch today comprises around twenty hectares spread over the multi-secular terroirs of Gevrey-Chambertin, Vosne-Romanée, Vougeot, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Ladoix and Savigny-les-Beaune. A rarity in Burgundy, the estate owns three of the most prestigious Clos monopoles, namely Clos des Corvées (5 hectares in Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru) Clos des Varoilles (6 hectares in Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru) and, exceptionally exceptions, Clos Goillotte (0.55 hectares in Vosne-Romanée) which was the private vineyard of the Prince of Conti.

Led by Yannick Champ and his team according to the spirit instilled by Henry Frédéric Roch since 1988, the estate does not use any synthetic product in the vineyard (biodynamics) or in winemaking. Our pure and sensual wines, the fruit of extreme work and attention to the vines as well as vinification in whole bunches without the addition of sulphite, have acquired worldwide renown. Each bottle is a rare taste event.
