Founded in 1850, Domaine Laroche is one of the most respected and largest owners of premier and grand cru vineyards in Chablis, and has led movements to raise the quality of the appellation with the creation of a charter of excellence for the grand cru producers. Today, Domaine Laroche still produces and ages its premiers and grands crus in the historical cellars of its headquarters, the Obédiencerie.
The Saint-Martin cuvée is a tribute to the birth of Chablis wines and to our heritage of over 1,000 years of history. A selection of the finest historic terroirs of the Chablis Village appellation. Within these terroirs, the plots are meticulously differentiated by their exposure and soil type. Special care from the vine to the various stages of vinification and aging makes the Saint-Martin cuvée more than just a Chablis Village. Laroche expresses his vision of the quintessence of a Grand Chablis.
