Founded in 1830, Champagne Philippe Gonet is located in Le Mesnil-surOger. The 20 hectares of the family's vineyards are spread out on 35 plots planted in 8 different villages. This soil is worked with no insecticide, no herbicide and bio fertilizers.


The Philippe Gonet style combine minerality and pleasure. Our vines all benefit of the legendary terroir of a limestone subsoil, rich in fossils, 40 meters deep, formed more than 100 million years ago.

Champagne 3210 Extra Brut NV is aged 3 years in stainless steel on the lees, 2 terroirs, 1 variety, 0 dosage. Terroir is 100% Grand Cru 13 plots from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. and d’Oger.
The latest addition to the family saw its first day in June 2009. It is an authentic cuvée without artifice. Its grapes are from 2 plots : one half from Le Mesnil and the other half from Montgueux, the best cru of the Aube. On this magnificent hill, ripe Chardonnay fruit comes to life. No sugar or sulfites are added at the dosage stage, revealing the subtleties of a Chardonnay in its purest form.

A nose of pastry lightly toasted evolves into floral notes of delicate iris and lime tree. On the palate, supple and ripe fruit as well as candied apricot and peach are topped with a touch of grapefruit and lime. It leaves you with its freshness and lingering finish. Perfect for a distinctive and refreshing aperitif.
