Classified as a Third Growth in 1855, Chateau Lagrange extends over 117 hectares of gravel rises in the appellation of Saint Julien in the Medoc region. Chateau Lagrange also practices plot by plot vinification in order to perfectly express the terroir and fine tune the blend.

“A good Les Fiefs de Lagrange that’s fruitier than the grand vin on the palate but remains demure and layered on the nose, showing a full picture of Bordeaux Left Bank complexity with currants, paprika, cocoa powder, cedar and fine spices. Fruity and round, this has judicious tannins and a refined, lengthy finish. Bravo for this producer! Really pleasant now but will hold.” 93 Points, James Suckling
