It is in Aude, next to Carcassonne, that sparkling wines were born. With 18 years of experience, Jean-Claude Mas has put all his know-how to develop this wine. Paul Mas "Le Berceau" is a sparkling rosé wine made from Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, Grenache Gris grapes. This wine is elaborated in “méthode traditionnelle » (second fermentation in bottle), with fine bubbles and of an attractive color which will seduce your palate.
The wine has a nice pink salmon color and fine bubbles. Has aromas of small red berries, blood orange. On the palate it has delicate texture, fine bubble, fruity, saline and good persistence in the mouth.
Food and Wine pairing: Serve chilled (46/50F). This sparkling wine is an ideal cuvée as an aperitif, but it will pair well with sushi, or as part of a cocktail dinner. Also great with red fruits dessert.
