Paolo Scavino - Langhe 'Sorriso' 2025

The Langhe Sorriso of Paolo Scavino is a white wine with a great personality. It is product with Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier grapes. It has a straw yellow color and also an elegant floreal and fruity scent with white flowers, apple, yellow peach, melon and mineral notes.

100% estate fruit grown in the Altenasso cru of Castiglione Falletto and the Bricco Manescotto cru of La Morra. Vineyards planted in 1997. A blend of 40% Chardonnay, 40% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Viognier. Fermented separately and aged six months in stainless steel. 1500 cases produced annually

The taste is harmonious and complex, persistent and with a typical sapidity due to Langa soil. This wine must to be served cold and it is a great aperitif, it combines perfectly with starter and first fish courses.
