Two of Burgundy’s greatest names – Jacques Seysses, founder of Domaine Dujac, and Aubert de Villaine, co-owner of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti – are the partners behind this pioneering property in Provence, northeast of Marseille and due east of Aix-en-Provence. Over the years, they have transformed this stunning 46-hectare site into one of the top wine estates in Southern France.
An exceptional terroir at the foot of the Sainte-Baume: 46 hectares south-facing at 380m altitude, cultivated with rigour and passion since 1990, under the direction of Thibault, our head of viticulture.
The Burgundian heritage at the heart of the estate: cool-morning harvests, controlled ageing and aromatic freshness preserved at every step, under the supervision of Arnault, our cellar master.
A blend of Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache and Merlot, our rosé benefits from night harvesting to preserve the freshness of the fruit. The chilled harvest is directly pressed, followed by fine lees maceration and ageing on fine lees. This meticulous process yields a lovely pale colour, an aromatic nose of red fruits and marshmallow, and a round, harmonious palate. An elegant rosé, perfect for aperitifs or a summer meal. Yield of 45 to 55 hl/ha.
Pale pink color. The wine has a bouquet of strawberries and white flowers with hints of vanilla. It has the harmony and elegance that has earned world-wide appreciation of the rosés of Provence. Triennes rosé is the perfect accompaniment to a sunny summer afternoon.
